Copy editing ensures that the message and meaning of your writing are understandable and direct.
Sophia Communications will examine your document for grammar, conciseness, repetition, shifts in tone and voice, and appropriate citation style, and we will reword awkward phrasing. We check facts within the realm of general knowledge and prepare a style sheet for each project if requested.

Sophia Communications will edit on-screen unless directed otherwise. This method means that documents sent as e-mail attachments can be edited directly on a computer. Using word-processing features, Sophia Communications will include copy editing revisions and comments as part of your returned document, so you can make the final decisions whether to adopt them.
